1.3 Bonus Funds Versus Real-Money Funds

• When a bonus is credited, any real-money balance is wagered first; bonus funds are used only once real-money funds in the relevant balance are exhausted, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable; only winnings that survive the applicable wagering requirement and cashout cap become withdrawable real-money funds.
• Free-spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each promotion.

6.4 Cashout Caps

7. Bonus Expiry

• Each welcome-pack bonus round must be activated within 30 days of the player becoming eligible for that round.
• Once activated, wagering must be completed within 3 days. Incomplete wagering at the end of this window results in automatic forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion expire at the end of the activation window for that promotion. Unused spins cannot be carried forward.
